Abstract

Background & Aim. This systematic review aimed to 1) understand Stakeholder Awareness of benefits, risks, and likelihood of participating in precision medicine research and treatment and 2) identify effective Communication Strategies to increase awareness of precision medicine.
Relevance for Patients: Our review identified a limited number of studies to inform stakeholder understanding and use of precision medicine, indicating that more evidence on how to communicate with stakeholders about precision medicine is warranted.
